After your first appointment, we put together a design based on what we discussed. We use CAD to model the piece so you can see it from every angle and request changes before anything is produced — nothing goes into production until the design is right. From there, your piece is made in the USA and returned to you finished. We'll keep you updated at each step.

Our office is at 2 West 45th Street, Suite 1705, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan — a few blocks from the Diamond District, Bryant Park, and Grand Central, and right off Fifth Avenue. Appointments are private and unhurried, so you'll have our full attention.

A little preparation makes the appointment more productive. None of it is required — we're glad to start from a blank page — but the more you bring, the faster we can turn your ideas into a design.
Bring whatever you've been picturing — photos, screenshots, saved pins, sketches, or rings you've admired. Even a rough idea or a few notes on the style you like gives us a strong place to start. You don't need a finished concept; that's what the consultation is for.
If the piece is a surprise, it helps to know your partner's taste ahead of time — metal color, the styles they gravitate toward, what they wear day to day. If it isn't a surprise, bring them along so we can work through the details together in one sitting.
If you're designing something to sit alongside a ring you already own — a wedding band to pair with an engagement ring, for example — bring that ring with you. Seeing it in person lets us match the metal, profile, and proportions so the two pieces work together.
Bring a ring that already fits the right finger well, and let us know which finger it's worn on. We can measure it to get the size right — especially useful when the piece is a surprise and we can't size the finger directly.
