All jewelry purchased from The Custom Jeweler is covered by our one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the first year from the date of purchase, provided the jewelry has been subjected only to normal wear and usage and all components are returned to The Custom Jeweler for review and inspection.
Warranty repairs are subject to inspection and approval solely by The Custom Jeweler. This warranty specifically excludes repairs needed due to excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental damage, loss, or theft.
Our one-year limited warranty does not entitle customers to any refunds or reimbursements.
Please be aware that repairs, modifications, or warranty services performed by any jeweler other than The Custom Jeweler after purchase will void this warranty, as we cannot assure the quality of workmanship provided by others.
If your jewelry becomes damaged or requires refurbishment due to unusual or excessive wear and you wish to repair it, please call or email for an estimate of the cost. Our skilled jewelers can perform many types of repairs.
Warranty coverage applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The Custom Jeweler will not be responsible for the replacement of any lost component including any diamonds or gemstones.
