The Custom Jeweler Process
1. Initial Inquiry
Start your journey by providing basic details via our easy-to-use web form or phone inquiry.
2. Initial Consultation
Our sales team will contact you to confirm details, materials, and the design process.
3. Quoting & Deposit Collection
Once your design and gemstones are confirmed, we provide a formal quote. To start the production process you pay a 50% deposit.
4. Design Phase
Our experienced designers collaborate directly with you to create precise CAD renderings. Your feedback shapes the final design.
5. Production & Final Payout
After your approval, production begins. Upon completion, you’ll receive high-quality photos and videos of your finished jewelry and make the final 50% payment.
6. Shipping & Post-Sale Follow-Up
Upon receipt of final payment, your piece will ship via FedEx for two day delivery. We follow up post-delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Can you recreate a famous designer engagement ring?
We don’t create exact replicas of branded or copyrighted designs, but we can absolutely create a custom ring inspired by the look and feel of your favorite designer style. Our team will work with you to design a unique piece that captures the essence you love—while staying original and legally compliant.
Can I see a preview or rendering of the ring before it’s made?
Absolutely. Once we finalize your design concept, you’ll receive a detailed CAD rendering that shows your custom engagement ring from multiple angles. You’ll have the chance to review and request changes before we move forward with production.
Is a custom engagement ring more expensive than buying one from a retail store?
Surprisingly, no. Because we design and produce everything in-house right here in the USA, we eliminate retail markups. That means you get exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and personal design—all at an attainable price point.
Can I use my own diamond or gemstone in the custom ring?
Yes! We’re happy to work with heirloom or personally sourced stones. We’ll evaluate your gemstone for suitability and design a setting that showcases it securely and beautifully.

I highly recommend the custom jeweler. I wanted to replace my engagement ring and told them exactly what I wanted. They gave me options of sizes of stones and what stones to put around my band . They also gave me options of what I could do with my old engagement ring. They turned it into a classic pendant necklace that is timeless. What I liked the most was their patience when I was deciding which options were best for me. I never felt pressured
